Multi-Provider Fuel Card Management Is Here
Connect WEX, Voyager, Comdata, and FleetCor under one dashboard — unified reporting, card-to-driver linking, and auto-sync scheduling.
The Fuel Card Fragmentation Problem
Most fleets don't use a single fuel card provider. They've accumulated relationships with WEX, Voyager, Comdata, or FleetCor over years — sometimes because of legacy contracts, sometimes because of regional coverage, sometimes because of driver preference.
The result is that fuel transaction data lives in four different portals, with four different export formats, and no unified view of what your fleet is actually spending on fuel.
Until now.
What We Built
Easyfleet's Fuel Card Management system connects supported providers through a unified multi-provider adapter and presents imported transaction data in one dashboard.
What You See in the Dashboard
- Unified transaction feed — all providers, all cards, one view, sortable by date, driver, vehicle, or amount
- Card-to-driver linking — see exactly who used which card, at which station, and for which vehicle
- Spending by asset class — trucks vs. vans vs. equipment, side by side
- Exception alerts — flag unusual transaction patterns (e.g., a card used at 3am, a fill larger than the tank capacity)
- Export — download unified reports in CSV for accounting
Auto-Sync Scheduling
You don't have to manually trigger data pulls. Easyfleet syncs with each connected provider on a configurable schedule — hourly, every 4 hours, or daily. Check the connection settings and source data when timing is important.
How to Connect Your Providers
1. In the Fleet Management portal, navigate to Fuel Management → Providers
2. Select your provider and enter your API credentials (available from your provider's admin portal)
3. Easyfleet tests the connection and begins the initial sync
Each provider is independent — connecting one doesn't affect the others. You can add, update, or disconnect providers at any time.
Pricing
Fuel Card Management is included in all Easyfleet plans at no additional cost. If you're currently on the platform and don't see the Fuel Management tab, contact support and we'll enable it for your account.
