What Easy Fleet Built

Easy Fleet's Fuel Card Management system connects to all four major providers through a unified multi-provider adapter. Once you enter your credentials for each provider (stored encrypted, never logged), Easy Fleet pulls transaction data automatically and presents it in a single dashboard.

Auto-Sync Scheduling

Easy Fleet syncs with each connected provider on a configurable schedule — hourly, every 4 hours, or daily. Transaction data is never more than a few hours stale.

Security and Credentials

Provider credentials are stored using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. They are never exposed in logs, API responses, or the UI after initial entry.
