Our Story
About Easyfleet
Easyfleet is a Canadian fleet operations and maintenance software product offered by Fleet Nova, an operating name of 17387105 Canada Corp. It helps commercial teams manage maintenance and asset workflows in one place.
Built for Canadian fleet teams
Canadian fleets often manage purchase orders, vendors, and maintenance in separate tools. Easyfleet brings those workflows together for $14 CAD per vehicle per month.
Key Features
- Purchase order creation with automated, cost-based approval routing
- Vendor Portal with AI-powered estimate extraction
- Driver Portal PWA for inspections, service requests, and document access
- Procurement, dealer comparison, and factory order workflows
- Equipment records, parts, inspections, and lifecycle reporting
- Customer-selected compatible vehicle and odometer data for maintenance workflows
Our Mission
To eliminate operational friction from vehicle fleet management by giving every stakeholder — managers, vendors, drivers — a purpose-built portal that works together in real time.
Why We Built This
Most fleet software is either too generic or too complex. We designed Easyfleet as a fleet lifecycle platform that's powerful under the hood and effortless on the surface, so your team can focus on the work, not the system.
Clear product boundaries
Easyfleet supports fleet operations and maintenance workflows. It is not an ELD or HOS logger, GPS or tracking service, dispatch system, route optimizer, payment collector, or consolidated billing provider.
Straightforward pricing
Easyfleet monthly plans are $5, $10, or $14 CAD per actively managed unit (vehicle or equipment). Card required upfront at Stripe Checkout for a 30-day trial; recurring charges start after the trial. No setup fees or annual subscription. Review pricing, product FAQs, or our articles for more context.
