Is the Driver Portal included in the base price?

Yes. The Driver Portal PWA is included at no additional charge. Drivers can access assigned assets, fleet-defined inspection forms, service requests, documents, and workflow notifications as part of your standard Easyfleet subscription.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. Easyfleet charges no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no implementation fees. The 30-day free trial gives you full access to bring in your real vehicle data and evaluate the platform before any payment is required.

Does Easyfleet collect vendor payments or provide consolidated billing?

No. Easyfleet supports maintenance records, estimates, invoices, and approval workflows. It does not collect payments, pay vendors on a customer's behalf, or provide consolidated billing.

Can I add or remove vehicles during my subscription?

Yes. Easyfleet's per-unit pricing scales with your fleet. Add vehicles anytime — they'll be billed at the per-unit rate from the date of addition. Remove vehicles and they stop accruing charges at the next billing cycle. There's no minimum vehicle count or multi-year commitment required.

The free trial includes full access to every Easyfleet feature for 30 days — fleet management portal, vendor portal, driver portal, procurement, maintenance tracking, fuel-card reporting, analytics, and the virtual auction portal. A customer-selected compatible provider may supply vehicle and odometer data for maintenance workflows; Easyfleet does not provide GPS hardware or native tracking. No feature gates, no sample data — you bring your real fleet and evaluate Easyfleet on actual operations.
